TEENS: Painting With Words: Ekphrastic Writing Workshop

Clyfford Still’s art was nothing short of revolutionary. How can we capture the spirit of his paintings in words? Students in grades nine through 12 are invited to join us for an ekphrastic creative writing session in partnership with Lighthouse Writers Workshop. Explore the Museum, learn about Still and Abstract Expressionism, and write in fiction, poetry, and nonfiction forms to discover all that Still’s art inspires. Register early; space is limited.
