Join the Tattered Cover Book Store, UCD’s College of Arts & Media, KUNC 91.5, and the Sie FilmCenter (in the Lowenstein CulturePlex, next door to the Tattered Cover Colfax Avenue) for an exploration of the world of classic movies, hosted by film critic Howie Movshovitz. All programs begin at 1:00 pm. Tickets are $1.00, and are available one hour before the screening from the box office. Parking is available in the parking lot off of Elizabeth or Columbine Streets.
About the Film: A religious man (Jean-Louis Trantignant) has to spend a night at the home of a divorcée ( Marie – Christine Barrault) who is less so, posing a challenge to the man’s sense of himself. One of Rohmer’s famed “moral tales.” (111 minutes)
