Tattered Cover Film Series: F for Fake

Join the Tattered Cover Book Store, UCD’s College of Arts & Media, KUNC 91.5, and the Sie FilmCenter (in the Lowenstein CulturePlex, next door to the Tattered Cover Colfax Avenue) for an exploration of the world of classic movies, hosted by film critic Howie Movshovitz. All programs begin at 1:00 pm. Tickets are $1.00, and are available one hour before the screening from the box office. Parking is available in the parking lot off of Elizabeth or Columbine Streets.

About the Film: Orson Welles presides over this film about fakery in art, biography (and other things) like the master of cinematic illusion that he was. He blends his imagination with the audience’s and produces a (sort of ) nonfiction film that is unique. (88 minutes)
