Warm Cookies of the Revolution’s Stompin’ Ground Games come to the Swansea Park Rec Center for an afternoon of storytelling, poetry, music, dance, conversation, celebration, and FOOD!

Come enjoy specialty dishes from a women’s food co-operative in the neighborhood, but also we invite you to ENTER OUR COMPETITION!
But this isn’t just some common potluck, folks.
There are rules…
YOUR DISH MUST INCLUDE THESE THREE INGREDIENTS:
Something that is the color Green.
Something you must ask someone else for (aka, “borrow”).
Something that has historical/cultural/personal significance to you.
We might even have judges (a real chef? a child? an animal?!) and possibly the greatest prizes ever or just ribbons. You’ll just have to take a risk and enter to see what happens…
As usual, we’ll have weird games, local history, an opportunity to have your historical letters and documents scanned by Historic Denver—and of course, delicious cookies!
A donation of $5 is requested, but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
