See You Later, North Building

Say “see you later” to the Denver Art Museum’s iconic North Building before it undergoes renovations with a free day full of memories, activities and other creative fun.
Print your own commemorative poster with Ink Lounge, and leave your own mark in North in a Gio Ponti-inspired art space created by DAM Creative-in-Residence, Detour. Explore North Building history with image projections, and leave a love note for your favorite artworks. Enjoy live dance and music performances throughout the day that celebrate DAM’s global art collections: Denver Taiko Japanese drumming, Mariachi Vasquez, and more!
Free general admission all day (10 am-5 pm), Sunday, November 19. (Note: Her Paris: Women Artists in the Age of Impressionism requires an exhibition ticket.)
November 19 is the final day the North Building will be open to the public. Beginning Monday, Nov. 20, the Hamilton Building will be open seven days a week, featuring special exhibitions and presentations from the DAM’s global collections.
