Science Lounge: Up, Up, And Away!

Cool kids go to museums at night! Science Lounge is a series of evening events for ADULTS 21+ ONLY at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science that feature science activities based on a theme, heavy appetizers, a cash bar and limited access to the museum (generally only one exhibit is open during the event). Tickets are $10 for DMNS members and $12 for others.

Description of Up, Up, and Away! from DMNS: Launch into an outer-stellar evening navigating the galaxy in a vehicle of your own creation. Examine what it takes to send a craft into space, learn how combustion and launch vehicles propel the most massive rockets, roll up your sleeves for Rocket Engine 101, then blast off to the bar for a cosmic cocktail.
