Pre-Art Drop Day Art Making Party

Come make some art for Art Drop Day (9/4/18) with help from Go Play Denver and ReCreative! This is a drop-in event, so come by anytime.

Art Drop Day takes place on the first Tuesday in September each year and invites people to hide/find artwork via clues on social media. Everyone is welcome at our FREE art making party and no prior artistic experience is necessary. We’ll have plenty of supplies and inspiration on hand. Drop by and get creative with us!

What is Art Drop Day?

Here’s how it works:

• Make art and hide it somewhere.
• Take a photo of either the art or the hiding spot or a combination of both.
• Post the image, the city you dropped it in, and a hint on any social media of your choice. Be sure to included the hashtag: #artdropday
• Then move on, hoping someone finds it OR hang around and meet your new friend.
