National Western Stock Show Kick-Off Parade

If you’ve never seen 100 head of longhorn cattle herded through an urban landscape, then you need to put this unique Denver experience on your calendar! The parade starts with the longhorns, but also includes beauty queens on horseback, Western wagons, vintage tractors, clowns and candy. Stand anywhere along 17th between Union Station and Broadway. After the parade, a western BBQ lunch is available for $10 (proceeds benefit 4H clubs) in the Wells Fargo Atrium at 17th & Broadway.
