Marijuana 101: Understanding Cannabis in Colorado

The criminalization or legalization of marijuana has been a heated debate for several years, both locally and nationally. With Amendment 64, Colorado has been at the center of this debate, being one of only two states to legalize and regulate cannabis. Lisa Pasko, associate professor of Sociology and Criminology, examines the history of cannabis laws and legal reform in Colorado, current directions and arising issues.
