Make/Shift Monday: Wax Poetic

Working with poetic and music-making devices, we’re going to create some music beats, play out African drum beats and write poetry/lyrics to go with it. The songs and spoken word pieces that come from this will hopefully be inspired by wonder and what makes people feel adventurous. There will be a focus on tying the drumbeat, heartbeat, and poetry together. FREE and open to the public. BYOB.
