About the Star Chefs Lecture: Denver is experiencing a culinary golden age dining, and some of the best chefs on the scene are women. Join Jennifer Jasinski of Rioja, Yasmin Lozada-Hissom, Dana Rodriguez of Work & Class, and Elise Wiggins of Panzano for a conversation about women’s connections to the business of food. Moderated by University of Colorado Denver professor Nicky Beer, the evening features samples of the chefs’ specialties. (MCA)
