Drop-In Writing

Ready, set, write! Free with admission, this monthly (every 4th Tuesday, 1-3) drop-in writing clinic at the Denver Art Museum invites writers of all levels to come be inspired by art. Writing topics will be provided.
Details: Meet in the El Pomar Grand Atrium of the Hamilton Building, level 1. All experience levels welcome, bring your own supplies or use one of our notebooks.
- November 24: Creativity Clinic—Kenneth Josephson: Encounters with the Universe
In this session, we’ll embark on several creativity exercises, working to inform—and derange—our usual modes of writing. Using the artwork of Kenneth Josephson, we’ll explore metaphor and image, we’ll try our hand at writing games, and we’ll produce work we might not recognize as ours.
