City Park Jazz: Selina Albright

Selina Albright is a soulful R&B/Jazz vocalist and songwriter with versatility that comes from years of listening to many origins and languages of music. Her soulfulness and angelic tone add character and emotion to any ballad, yet her powerful wailing and stage presence commands attention.

Albright learned her onstage charisma and vocal technique from being exposed to legendary artists, such as Whitney Houston, Take Six, Ella Fitzgerald, Dinah Washington, Lalah Hathaway, and Tina Turner.

All City Park Jazz concerts are FREE and take place rain or shine at the bandstand by the pavilion on Ferril Lake

Free parking is available throughout the park—please be a good neighbor and avoid parking on side-streets around the park. Or better yet, ride your bike and enjoy free bike parking monitored by City Park Jazz volunteers at the Bike Corral in the Pavilion from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
