Relatively simple to learn, but addictive if your at all competitive and want to keep trying for the bullseye or that perfect throw. Today I joined an amazingly fun group of folks with LIM 359 to throw some axes Bad Axe Throwing Each throwing alley had an assigned coach. Wow. What a difference it makes to get feedback on all your shots by someone with experience and then be able to make improvements.
Trying new things can feel hopeless and frustrating without support and encouragement. Danielle was such an upbeat, observant and friendly coach who offered specific insights. It reminded me of how essential having a good guide and cheerleader can be when we face challenges. In everyday life, these magical people are your trusted friends, mentors and family members who give you feedback, but also always a friendly smile. Perhaps I’ll book a group outing to the axe throwing alley and invite all the amazing people who have helped me get this far…. They’re worth celebrating and I already want to go throw some more axes!
Note: Not sponsored content. I paid for the event like everyone else.
